In this 60 minute class you will learn about Mindfulness practices and how you can bring them into your daily life. Each class we will explore a part of mindfulness practice followed by a 30 minute guided meditation. Mindfulness practice is a supportive tool we can learn to use to bring more ease into our bodies and minds. This helps us live in better balance ourselves, and in our relationships and in community. It is recommended to bring a meditation cushion if you have one. All levels are welcome, and beginners encouraged!
