Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation Retreat

Join studio owner Martha Deeks at Shanti Retreat on Wolfe Island June 12th to 14th for a Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation Retreat.

Give yourself permission to step back from the daily to do’s and take time for just you. When we carve out time to nourish and renew ourselves, we’re also giving a gift to everyone in our lives! You will leave this three day retreat feeling at ease and at home in yourself. We will practice silent mornings followed by meditation and yoga practice in the beautiful yoga yurt with a stunning view of the St.Lawrence river. In the evenings we will spend some time winding down and preparing for a good nights rest with a gentle yoga practice and before bed meditation together.

Schedule:
Friday 
Arrival any time after 2pm
5:15-6:15pm – Welcome and Vinyasa flow yoga
6:30pm – dinner
Enjoy Sunset on Wolfe Island

Saturday
7:30am – Silent self serve breakfast
8:30 – guided meditation
9-10:30 restorative yoga
10:30 – optional group walk
12 – lunch
Free time
4-6pm – meditation, yoga, and yoga nidra
6:30 – dinner
Evening Bonfire (weather permitting)

Sunday
Silent morning
Light breakfast available upon rising
8 -10am vinyasa flow and yin yoga
10:30 Shanti’s signature brunch
12 checkout of rooms
